When it comes to the world of drifting, we talk a lot about style. Style can be subjective of course; it can be how fast you're going in drift, how aggressively you enter, how funky your paint is, and so on. But the one thing that (in present times) is synonymous with 'style' in drifting, is stickers.
If, in the past three years you have purchased something from Status Error, or Total Drift, or even ourselves on the old site. Jack was more than likely involved. He's a humble graphic designer with a huge portfolio.
I've been friends with jack for three years now. In that time I have referred a fair few people to his services. Because well, he's fantastic.
Jack works best (in my experience), with a basic direction. "I want the sticker to say the word potato" is a great example. That's it, give him some basic input and let his imagination run wild! The current Midnight Potato logo was formed upon the premise that I wanted a 90's style. That's it.
If you have an exact idea in your head, he has the capability to recreate it, and probably improve it somewhat too. However, he can't read minds. Don't go in too headstrong with your ideas, he's creative, not a robot. Let him explore your design with you and help improve it.
Honestly, Jack has had more input in the drift world than most people, with numerous designs making their way into the mainstream. You just probably didn't know who was behind some of your favourite stickers and logos. He has a wild imagination and a keen eye for designs that will excite your audience.
If you do want to get Jack involved in your latest project, his best contact details are below. We love everything he's done for us over the years, and hope he'll stay on board as we continue to grow.
Thank you for reading. Please, stay home, stay safe and stay stylish.
The original potato, Tom.
